Jonathan de Lance-Holmes
Jonathan is a retired solicitor and former partner in a major international law firm in the City of London, where he specialised in investment funds and corporate governance and regulation.
He is an enthusiastic consumer of music and a less accomplished but keen amateur violinist and mandolin player in his spare time.
Laura Piras – Chair
Laura is a flautist specialising in historical flutes, who has performed with many of the UK’s leading period instrument ensembles in concerts, recordings and education projects.
She also has over 20 years of executive arts management experience for a range of orchestral and educational organisations.
David Rogers
David has recently retired after working in UK financial services for more than 25 years, most recently as Chief Finance Officer of a UK life insurance company. He is now a non-executive director and consultant working with a range of financial services companies around the world.
He is a keen musician, playing the trombone, piano and harpsichord and singing with a wide range of ensembles, and is also a trustee of several musical charities.
Eve Stebbing – Company Secretary
Eve has been busy in theatre since the 1990s. In London she has worked as an administrator in opera and as part of the education team at Shared Experience. At home in Norfolk she runs her own theatre company, making the region’s storytelling and culture (including its food!) her speciality.
Her writing as a critic has appeared in The Eastern Daily Press and The Daily Telegraph. Eve has written many plays and several musicals. Her books include the Bernard the Ferret children’s series.
Dr. Simon Waters
Simon Waters is a composer, performer and academic who established a reputation in the 1980s and 90s making electroacoustic music for major choreographers such as Richard Alston.
He currently works at the Sonic Arts Research Centre at Queen’s University Belfast, and is a Visiting Researcher at the Orpheus Instituut, Ghent. His interest in historically-informed musical practice has recently seen his appointment as a Visiting Fellow in Material Culture at the Royal College of Music.
Anthony Yates-Watson – Treasurer
Tony Yates-Watson is a Chartered Accountant who worked for many years for an international trading company as a director in their freight division and head office. On retiring from this job he worked for a major trade union as their finance manager.
He enjoys playing the trumpet for both an amateur symphony orchestra and a military band.
